How to Play the Diamond Casino Heist

The Diamond Casino Heist is a three-part robbery in GTA Online that pays up to GTA$3.6 million on Hard Mode. Players must first purchase an arcade, then complete scouting, prep missions, and the finale in sequence.

Each successful run requires coordination with up to three teammates. Planning takes roughly four hours; the finale itself lasts 15–20 minutes depending on chosen approach and player skill.

2. Scope the Casino

Enter the casino as a regular guest. Locate the vault door, security cameras, and daily vault contents. Photograph the target inside the vault to lock in your primary objective. Exit without raising an alert.

3. Complete Prep Missions

4. Hire Your Crew

Pay a cut to a gunman, driver, and hacker. Higher-skilled crew members take larger percentages but improve your chance of success and unlock higher payouts. Budget at least GTA$150,000 for the best team.
